This peanut butter chia pudding is delicious and only requires 5 ingredients to make! If you love peanut butter you need to try this - it’s the perfect quick and healthy meal to prepare before going to bed so you have breakfast ready to go the next day!

Peanut butter chia pudding

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a big jar or bowl and mix very well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight.
- When ready to serve, give chia pudding a good stir, divide into two servings, then with toppings and enjoy!
Notes
- I used oat milk for this but any plant milk will work for this recipe.
- Feel free to substitute peanut butter with reconstituted PB2 for a lower fat version!
- If you don’t like peanut butter, try it with any other nut or seed butters!
- Feel free to substitute stevia with any other sweetener of choice.
- Feel free to experiment with other toppings of choice! Some other ideas are: raspberries, blackberries, banana, chopped nuts, etc.
