Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender and blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape the sides if necessary. A tamper will help with the process if you have one.
- Serve immediately if you like a soft serve texture. Or alternatively you can freeze the mixture for 30-60 minutes to firm up a bit if you prefer a more ice-cream-like texture.
- Top with a drizzle of peanut butter and some chopped roasted peanuts if you want!
Notes
- Best to serve right away for the best texture. But if you must, store ice cream in an air-tight container in the freezer for up to 1 month. Thaw for 30 minutes before scooping and serving.
- Feel free to experiment with a different nut/seed butter if you don't like peanut butter!
